What does Foxen do?

Foxen offers products that help property owners and operators take care of their Residents.

The Foxen Waiver helps Residents comply with lease requirements to carry a Renters Insurance Policy and ensures that, where Residents don't do so, the Property is still protected from accidental property damage the Residents may cause. 

Our Rentistry Program is a rent-reporting tool that provides Residents who pay their rent on-time an opportunity to build their credit.
