The Foxen Waiver helps Residents comply with lease requirements to carry a Renters Insurance Policy and ensures that, where Residents don't do so, the Property is still protected from accidental property damage the Residents may cause. 

Our Rentistry Program is a rent-reporting tool that provides Residents who pay their rent on-time an opportunity to build their credit.

As part of your Property Manager's agreement when working with us, Foxen takes on the responsibility of answering Resident questions and concerns about the Foxen Waiver and Rentistry programs.
