Important Update: The Incident Report Form Has Moved.

As of December 16, 2025, all property damage incidents related to resident negligence and the Property Damage Liability Waiver Program must be reported by logging into the Foxen Property Management Portal.

• Residents: Please contact your property manager to report property damage incidents related to resident negligence.
• Property Managers: Please log in to the Foxen Portal to submit incident reports and to easily track your claim online.
