As we head into 2026, I want to take a moment to reflect on what we accomplished together in 2025 and what it means for the owners, operators, and residents we’re proud to serve.
2025 was a record year for Foxen. But more importantly, it was a year where our work delivered measurable, real-world impact for our customers navigating an increasingly complex multifamily operating environment.
Everything we build starts with one question: How can we make life easier for property teams while adding real value across the portfolio? Last year, the answer showed up in tangible results.
Building Smarter Solutions for Real Operational Challenges
Throughout 2025, we continued maturing our platform by investing in solutions shaped directly by customer feedback and real operational pain points.
We launched PetClear, our pet policy management solution designed to give property teams greater visibility and control across their portfolios. By consolidating pet information, streamlining ESA verification, and simplifying policy affirmations, PetClear helps properties reduce fraud, improve compliance, and operate with more confidence. We also published our first Multifamily Pet Management Trends Report, sharing data-backed insights into how pets impact operations, compliance, and revenue across the industry.
We also advanced the AI models powering Waiver, our renters insurance compliance solution. We now use AI to intelligently extract, validate, and verify insurance data to deliver faster approvals with greater accuracy. Our COI processing now averages under 13 seconds. This same AI foundation will continue to expand across our platform, with new functionality coming in 2026 to power even smarter automation within PetClear.
We also introduced a faster, more transparent claims experience for our property damage liability waiver programs. By enabling incident reporting and real-time claim tracking directly within the Foxen portal, property managers now have clearer visibility and less administrative friction when it matters most.
Delivering Real Results for Residents and Properties
Supporting residents remains core to our mission, because we know strong resident outcomes drive stronger property performance.
In 2025, Rentistry enrollment grew 62% year over year, delivering meaningful results across portfolios. For Harrison Street Real Estate customers alone, Rentistry helped achieve:
- 99% on-time rent payments
- 70%+ resident participation
- A 33-point average credit score increase
- 35% of residents establishing credit for the first time
These outcomes reinforce something we believe deeply at Foxen: when residents are supported with the right tools, everyone benefits.
Looking Ahead to 2026
Together, we accomplished so much in 2025! I’m most proud of helping our customers generate more than $16M in ancillary revenue and saving on-site teams more than 36,000 hours through faster, AI-powered risk management workflows. None of this progress happens without trust. The feedback, ideas, and learnings we receive from customers continue to shape how we build, where we invest, and what we prioritize next.
As we move through 2026, our focus remains clear: creating smarter, more connected solutions that reduce risk, unlock NOI, and make day-to-day operations easier for property teams and residents alike. That includes expanding our AI foundation, continuing to evolve PetClear, and finding new ways to deliver value across the multifamily lifecycle.
