Do I need to pay the pet verification fee again when my lease is renewed? Is it a subscription?
No, PetClear is not a subscribtion. Foxen charges a fee each time you use PetClear to provide your pet application to your landlord or leasing team.
This includes during the initial rental application period before move-in, and may also include times in which your landlord or property manager asks you to use PetClear to renew your pet application, such as during the lease renewal process or as an annual requirement.
