The processing time for reimbursement requests typically varies based on the severity of the loss. On average, incident reports take under 30 days to process.

If your Property Damage Liability Waiver Program includes the opportunity for personal property and displacement cost reimbursement,  reimbursement requests will be determined after the property has been reimbursed for its damages.
