How much does it cost to use PetClear to submit a pet application?

The pet verification fee is $30. This fee is per pet, so for example, if you submit an application for two dogs, then you would pay $60. If you don’t own a pet, or if you only have a service or support animal, you will not pay a fee. Your property manager or landlord may require you to complete this process again at the time of lease renewal or on an annual basis.
